You Didn't fail, the plan you chose did

Most programs that Christian Mom's try fail, because they focus on the superficial results, not realistic lifelong Christ centered change. These plans focus on telling moms what to do more of, without a clear instruction on exactly HOW to fit this new lifestyle plan into our schedule.

Most moms are run down. We are caring for everyone and spread thin on time.

We try to take care of ourselves but instead of coming back refreshed we feel guilty.

More and more moms I speak to say that they don't have a clear schedule for their health and therefore try diet after diet trying to change their health with a different outcome.

Instead of dealing with the root issue of the problem, we sweep that under the rug and look for a quick fix because we don't THINK we have the time to really change our habits.

The truth is we DO have the time, we just have wordly unrealistic expectations of what our lives should look like and how quickly we should get to our goals.

Heather Curran

HI! My name is Heather Curran and I am first and foremost a believer and Daughter of God. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and received my bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2005. I am a certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been training clients for over 20 years however my passion is with Christian Moms.

I have a passion of serving and praying with others, as well as developing healthy habits for my kids to follow by making healthy eating and movement FUN.

As a mom it is so hard to focus on ourselves however it is imperative we do so. So often I would hear trainers and nutritionist just telling their clients what to do. Mom's do not need another TO DO item, we need a realistic plan that makes sense for our life right now, so we can sustain lifelong health change.

I specifically designed the Methodized Mom Program for busy mom's who have put themselves on the backburner, not because they wanted to, but because they were busy making sure everyone else was taken care of.

Its time now for the moms to put themselves in a position to love and care for others for years to come, because they invested in their health too.
